FCPO (Future Chief People Officer) is an executive recruitment program of Topica Edtech Group, aiming at management level with technical skills and know-how to take over leadership roles in People Operations in the future, and be part of Topicas the vision of owning online education technology in South East Asia
- The FCPO will take management roles in different centers under HR function, leading 3 key projects to transform Topicas HR in 6 Southeast Asian countries
- Becoming CPO or CEO at Edtech or start-up companies in 1-3 years
- Develop principles, test run and operate new HR concept following top technology companies like Google (ABBA, Ketraphaky, 6C, 6K, OKRs, etc)
- Apply AI in people management and development, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee effectiveness, etc.
- Design the foundation, architect the system the manage, allocate and develop talents for worlds first edtech groups ecosystem, serving 100M+ e-learners
- Align HR roadmap with business strategy, internationaliza the HR system for 5 products in 6 countries, ensure Topicas leading position in education technology in the next 10 years, base on the application of technologies such as ERP, AI, Machine Learning, Adaptive Learning
- Internationalize our corporate culture
- Develop career path and planning for a multi-national HR system
- Continue to grow our culture of: Tech culture, 1210D, Data first, AI lab, Edtech Lad, Topi Can Code
- Develop new evaluation methods in talent acquisitions, training and performance management
- 6 months experience with 3 Manager Position in Resources Management Department ( Recruiting, Training, C&B...)
- EdtechGroup in 6 countries market
- Accumulate shares from $ 0.5 to $ 1.5 million after 3-5 years of work.
