General Accountant Assistant

Documents financial transactions by entering account information into ERP system
Follow and update bank into excel file/ accounting system
Input and support GA to control expense by contract
Monthly chasing red invoices, support GA to checking stock pile expense in detail
Monthly reconcile bank and cash; prepare cash balance report, bank report
Support GA to control prepaid expense, fixed assets and posting to ERP system
Support GA to do closing monthly accounting book
Control, post inventory documents in ERP system (check quantity and price with documents to ensure inventory balance)
Monthly, weekly do inventory report
Check and input, output red invoice information into accounting system for monthly tax declaration purpose.
Check and fulfill documents for tax inspection purpose
Support other Accounting team member to do the stock count
Support for year-end audit, internal audit, tax inspection
Perform other tasks of Finance Team assigned by Manager from time to time
Working with others accounting member for control filing documents
