In charge of jobs to Design strategy, Develop, organize and monitor Product marketing activities according to company policy and sales objective.
1) Product strategy:
• Understand and propose for product pricing and positioning strategies each product in the market; Establish the sales KPI and pricing of the product
• Proceed implementation plan to achieve sales target including existing products, key products and new products
• Review selling and analysis result of key products over period (monthly, quarterly, yearly…) and propose for next action plan to achieve target.
• Understand company products & competitor products thoroughly, thus make & implement suitable product strategy in short term and long term in order to maximize sales.
2) Training:
• Work with related teams to prepare Sales materials/Training materials of Product design concept, Product Specifications, Benefit/Functions, Pricing, Competitor comparison…
• Plan, organize and be trainer for Sales staff, Dealer staff for regular and irregular product training programs
• Support materials to prepare sale tools, training and packaging, labeling, manual,…
3) Market research:
• Responsible for doing market research/survey, market hearing to understand market situation and competitor products/movement. Make analysis and develop suitable product strategies for overall and for each local market to maximize sales (market research, sensing, pricing and competitor analysis).
• Identify market needs and conduct necessary market survey for marketing purposes.
• Identify changing customers needs, anticipate future issues.
4) New product launching:
• Work with Marketing Communications, training, CS team and other teams to Design, Implement and manage to successfully execute New product launching campaigns and/or Sales campaigns to of key products (Display, Event, Promotion, Marketing campaigns)
• Plan-Do-Check-Act for successful execution of new product launching plan (scheduling, presentations, timelines and documentations…)
• Work closely with R&D team and Production planning team to deliver with on time launching schedule of new products to-market and optimal resources.
5) Other tasks as assigned by team leader/Manager/Director.
