JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all marketing strategies and marketing communications. Oversees development and implementation of marketing support materials and services. Directs the efforts of the marketing staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be responsible for Marketing communication
• Oversees the day-to-day management and operations of the Marketing team, while maintaining focus on the marketing strategic goals and financial objectives
• Devises, develops and regularly maintains marketing strategies, short- and long-term marketing goals, plans, tactics and programs based on the budget, potential of market, target customers, consumer needs, competitors, resources and abilities.
• Provides strategic thinking, leadership and good business judgment in all aspects of marketing for brand including copy, media, promotion, research, marketing materials, etc.
• Monitors and evaluates brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to improve brand equity and brand awareness.
• Initiates and recommends new marketing opportunities and improvements to strengthen the brand equity/awareness
• Be responsible for the marketing budget.
• Cooperates on set up of sales plans, financial plans and budget, and tracks performance of marketing campaigns and activities versus budgets, ensuring achievement of plans despite variances/ challenging operating environment.
• Be responsible to deliver marketing tasks on time and post evaluate for each campaign as well.
• Supports related departments in branding tasks to ensure consistent brand image.
• Carry-outs researches by ourselves or external agency to find out necessary data for business support and decisions.
• Be responsible for relationship and cooperation management of external marketing, production and research agencies.
• Closely keeps track on competitors’ business and marketing activities to provide right adjustments for company in time.
• Sets performance goals/targets (KPI) for the whole Marketing team, and monitors performance of each team member on a continual basis.
• Evolves and trains the Marketing team to ensure their superior performance, and personal and career development for each team member.
• Participate in other relevant projects assigned by Line Manager.

Qualification & Experience:
• University Degree with Marketing Background
• At least 3 years’ experience in senior Marketing role in a foreign company
• Strong experience from a Consumer finance or Retailer or FMCG company
Knowledge & Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of marketing areas such as Branding, Research, ATL, BTL, etc.
• Proven track record in marketing strategies implementation, planning and running successful campaigns and building of the company and product brand
• Strong research and benchmarking skills- ability to use big data and analytics to optimize marketing, advertising and communication strategies
• Customer-value/service and problem-solving oriented
• Project management and planning skills
• Positive leadership style and motivator to be better positioned to drive, influence and inspire Marketing team
• Ambitious and target focused with a drive to succeed
• Be willing to work in team environment
• Enable to work under the pressure
• Be responsible to organize and complete assigned tasks on time without compromising quality of result on multiple projects and activities

• Computer literacy – highly proficient in MSOffice for the purpose of creating visually and verbally engaging materials, reports and presentations
