Recruitment: Ensure the recruitment process for current vacancies are completed timely by:
• Updating staff resignation status of each divisions
• Collect the manpower requisitions from each division including replacement & new hire request
● Posting and placing the recruitment advertisment both online (timviecnhanh, vieclam24,facebook….) and offline (internal information board, standee, leaflet..) to attract candidates
● Arranging interview and conducting the evaluation process with Division Supervisor for the quality candidates to fulfill the current vacancies for store.
● Searching and developing the talent pool for specific positions in store
● Maintaining the relationship with local employment agencies for their future support in recruitment
● Maintaining and daily updating the candidate database for future needs
● Making offer and preparing required documents for new comes.
● Improving the recruitment performance by suggesting ideas for innovating the hiring process
Compensation and Benefit
● Managing employee personel profile
● Ensuring and controlling the implementation of internal regulations and labour agreement
● Collecting the recording about the daily attendance, sick leave, annual leave….for monthly payroll
● Updating the resignation for turn over report
● Carring out the insurance claim procedures and guide for staffs
● Observing and following to pre-selecting potential internal candidates promotion/transfer and procedures after
Employee Relation:
● Advising for store management on the new HR policies in case of avoiding the error issues of Operation
● Inform the discipline regulation, new processses from H.O to Store
● Conducting exiting interview
● Recieving the incident information and taking the disciplinary action upon the request from Store Management
New comer onboarding and training program
● New staff information recording and issueing the employee code and email (if any)
● Conducting a short store visit for new staff
● Conducting the training program for new comers (orientation, professional skill, customer service…)
● Making a list of government required training program for staffs such as: food safety, occupational safety, green card, medical examination
● Regularly conducting the rehearsal for fire-fighting program for the staffs
