* Planning/ Budgeting/ Strategy
- Contribute to the divisional business strategy by bringing in the aspect of human capital management and organizational change. Give input to support the development of appropriate HR Agenda based on the business requirements from the functions. Translate and align all people and organizational aspects of the overall business strategy to HR plans.
- Contribute to develop the assumptions of budget calculations for assigned BU
- Work closely with Divisions/Departments on headcounts and personnel cost budget for assigned BU for the upcoming year
- Discuss and inform the final result of headcounts and personnel cost budget to assigned BU
- Follow up and advise on the implementation of personnel cost control for assigned BU
* HR Products/ Services Delivery
- Ensure deployment of all key HR Products and Services. Adapt and align the available service portfolio to local requirements and business needs of assigned BU, and coordinates the solution delivery (internal or external). Measure effectiveness of deployed HR Products & Services in assigned BU
* Business Partnering
- Anticipate, understand business demands, analyze and diagnose the request and propose and coordinate the solution delivery (internal or external). Provide advice, consulting, coaching on all business matters having an organizational or human capital management aspect, especially strengthening the capacity of the organizations and enhancing managerial effectiveness in assigned BU
- Define projects and manage projects in co-operation with other HR team, managements team of assigned BU and vendors
* Sourcing and Selection
- Actively coordinate with assigned BU to define and implement the Sourcing & Selection events/activities to fill vacancies with high-caliber talents at competitive wages
- Receive recruitment requests from the assigned BU. Headcount review, approve requests or seek approval for the request from competent authorities
- Actively involved in job interviews and selection of key position (Department Head and above levels) with managerial levels of the assigned BU
* Performance Management:
- Coordinate with assigned BU and make plans for the deployment of work performance management
- Communicate/ discuss and deploy work performance management and performance improvement plan to the assigned BU
- Handle complaints regarding performance assessment results.
* Training and Development:
- Consult to the managerial levels of the assigned BU in developing the orientation program for the new key positions
- Coordinate with assigned BU and Training Center to develop Training roadmap and facilitate AD-hoc training requests of assigned BU
