*** Planning, Recruitment & Selection
• To propose, maintain and develop company strategic manpower planning procedure as well as recruitment and selection plan bearing in mind relevant legislation.
• To coordinate with parties concerned within and outside the company so as to ensure effective and professional recruitment & selection process e.g. to deal with recruitment agencies, etc.
• To continuously monitor selection procedures/tools so as to effectively serve business direction/changes.
*** Training & Development
• To propose company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of company employees.
• To develop a training & development strategy in light of the company direction (vision, mission ,strategy, values) and in accordance with the requirements of legislation and with the improvement of productivity and delivery as outcome.
*** Compensation Management
• To analyze and propose compensation and benefits strategies/policies to establish competitive programmes and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• To perform the administration of benefit programmes to include: health, retirement, death, disability, and unemployment.
• To administer, review and recommend improvement of employee benefit programmes, including the integration of benefit programmes following mergers and acquisitions.
• To propose communication program to inform employees of benefits programmes, such as insurance and pension plans, paid time off, bonus pay, and special employer sponsored activities.
