A. Location: Head Office, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
B. Accountabilities:
This role is to assist TR management in developing and enhancing TR policies to attract and retain the talents within the related budget, in designing and monitoring TR processes and systems to ensure a smooth and effective implementation of TR policies.
1. TR Policies & Procedures
Assist TR management to develop and review the TR policies and procedures to be in-line with the business requirements, budget affordability, market best practices.
Work with Personnel Admin (PA) and related HR teams to develop and review the related processes and guidances such as Payroll process / Final payment process, Time Attendance, Off-boarding / On-boarding processes...
Play a role as a policy keeper and advisory to HR and Employees
Provide the guidances, proposals for the critical cases such as Ees heavy diseases, deaths, accidents, placements, terminations, early retirements,…
Update related TR templates if any changes due to legal changes, new policies, new structure / approval matrices,... (eg: SF, Request for Allowances Changes, SI calculation templates,...)
Support PA team in the implemenatation of the nationwide benefit programs as assigned.
2. People Related Cost (PRC)
Assist TR management in building AOP PRC for SPVB Employees and Outsourced Labors (OL)
Monitor PRC expenses of SPVB Ees, OL, Expats, International Assigments (track / verify / analyze / provide insights to HR Manger - TR / HR BPs / mgt)
Ensure the cross charges to be informed to Control, fully submit the related documents to Control / PA teams
Work closely with Planning / Control / HR BP / TA and related teams to ensure the accurate and on-time periodic PRC AOP / Forecasts / Accruals / Reports.
3. TR Market Benchmark and Surveys
Run the market benchmarking reports and do the necessary analysis for TR exercises (salary / benefit benchmark, review,…)
Prepare and submit the database for TR surveys.
4. TR Policies Compliance and Labor Legal Update
Assist TR management to build / review the key controls / process / method / timeline for TR Self-Audit exercises.
Conduct the TR Self-Audits as per agreed timelines
Prepare the TR Self-Audit reports, propose and follow up the improvement actions
Regularly update the related labor legal changes to TR / HR teams / Ees.
5. TR Systems
Assist TR management / PA team in investigating the system issues and working with related teams / IT / vendor to propose the solutions
Propose the system process for the new function development or existing function enhancement
Coordinate with related teams for testing, checking, going live of the new / updated functions.
6. TR Functional Training / Coaching / Communication
Assist TR management to prepare TR training / coaching / induction materials
Conduct the training / coaching / induction sessions to HR / Ees as per assignments.

C. Qualifications
Bachelor with ~5 years of experience in similar role with the same company scope, preferable in Total Rewards (C&B).
Strong experiences on TR policies and procedures design, composition, implementation.
Solid understanding of labor legislation: Labor Code, Social / Health / Unemployment Insurances, PIT,…
Good understanding of HR information system and data base
High integrity and confidentiality to deal with TR matters and data in a large transaction size; high accuracy; strong compliance and process driving.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines
Maturity and ability to communicate with senior management level as well as junior levels.
Proactive, can-do spirit.
Communication skill in both verbally and writing
Policy writing, process design, logical thinking
Good in numbers, data base, analysis skills.
Good in English, MS Office (Word, Excel, Ppt)
