ROLES
Compulsory Insurance (Social Insurance_SI, Health Insurance_HI, Unemployment Insurance_UI)
• Making monthly Compulsory Insurance report for HO
o Increase, decrease, adjustment
o Sick, accident & maternity entitlements
o Health Insurance Cards
o Social Insurance book
• Making quarterly reconciliation of Compulsory insurance contribution fund of the whole MMVN; propose solutions to solve the problems.
• Checking SI,UI,HI Payment Request and consolidate for all stores.
• Following up changes by law for proper implementation
• Conducting other tasks by line manager’s assignment
Personal Income Tax (PIT)
• Making Monthly PIT report (for HO, HCMC stores) to submit to Tax Department and Finance Department
• Checking and consolidate PIT Payment Request for all stores.
• Conducting yearly PIT finalization for HO, HCMC stores, support and follow up the implementation PIT finalization of other stores
• Issuing Tax receipts and annual income certificates.
• Applying new tax code and register the dependent for HO’s employees.
• Following up changes by law for proper implementation
• Conducting other tasks by line manager’s assignment
Payroll
• Processing Monthly payroll for HO in excel to double-check with HR payroll software
• Checking, verifying some Stores payroll to make sure the calculation are complied with Labor and Tax Law, and are correctly recorded
• Making monthly reports related to bank transfer, Compulsory Insurance, PIT right after the payroll period
Administration tasks
• Supporting team to organize all of activities such as Staff party, Year-end party, Tet gift, Lucky Money….
• Preparing & follow-up the helmet distribution for HO employees.
• Conducting other reports such as: Trade Union report, Employee Movement monthly report.
• Checking & follow-up all type of leave activies such as: input to HR software as well as excell file in timely, issue AL form…
• Supporting to prepare the data for annual salary review, salary survey, performance bonus target, performance bonus pay-out,…
• Making employee’s documents such as employment certificate, monthly payslip….
• Assisting line manager in resolving non routine issues in your respective areas and investigates problems and employee complaints
