+ Reports to: Talent Acquisition and L&D Assistant Manager / Plant HR Manager
+ Responsible for: Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, Employer Branding
+ Work venue: My Phuoc Plant, Ben Cat Dist., Binh Duong Province, Vietnam
+ Additional support: Transportation provided for you when be invited for interview at the factory
2. The job description below is to list out some missions that we are in need of your talent to support Colgate - Palmolive to keep growing even faster in Tooth-brushing making industry:
The HR strategic partner (HRBP) position is partnering strategically with the business to drive decision-making, business solutions and keeping the pulse of the organization. The scope of work includes L&D, Talent Acquisition, Talent management, as well as Organization effectiveness (Organization Performance, Design & Capabilities and Change management).
+ Works with functional leaders (as applicable) aligning strategic objectives with HR priorities in designated business units including talent management, people engagement & organization effectiveness
+ Serves as a consultant to management on Learning, Development and Talent Acttraction activities
+ Closely work and support other HRBPs to identify the Learning and Development need, then provide solution to address the business performance issue
+ Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
3. In order to achieve the big mission above, you will be responsible to deliver Core Tasks / Projects:
TALENT ACQUISITION
+ Makes and implements recruitment plan
+ Responsible for hiring Associate positions
+ Establishes, maintains and develops professional relationship with external recruitment agencies, government…, and candidates
+ Build strong candidate pool
+ Monitors and implements full process such as screen candidates, make initial contact, schedule and conduct short interview, negotiate job offers
+ Updates Recruitment Progress Tracker accordingly
+ Participates in Recruitment activities (branding, job analysis, scholarship program, career day, job fair, etc.)
+ Create Job Post for vacant positions
+ Makes Daily/ weekly/ monthly report on hiring status.
+ Logistic arrangement to get new comers on-board.
+ Finds and suggests the best methods of hiring.
+ Supports all activities within HR function.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
+ Works with Global, Divisional and Local partners to develop Training Strategies that meet the business goals for the site
+ Coordinates with local and division Human Resources, and Global Education and Training on matters relating to CP courses for the facility, and management of the L&D function
+ Assists teams and managers in evaluating the effectiveness of training and learning experiences
+ Develops a pool of in-house trainers to support implementation of the training plan
+ Figures out and promotes the most effective learning methods that will result in minimal interruption of production/maintenance
+ Evaluates external suppliers and local community sources for applicable, cost effective products and services
+ Work with local educational and government institutions to establish partnerships for educating and training our people
+ Provides support to new hires and to technicians involved in cross training and their mentors
+ Supports new hire orientation (and cross training orientation, if applicable)
+ Networks with Training Coordinators in other CP plants and outside the Company to share learning and best practices.
+ Communicates internal and externally available training and other learning experiences
+ Lead compliance with all legislation, approved standards, policies and procedures relating to recruitment and selection practices and processes.
