Hygiene & Quality Manager

*** MISSION
To assure and maintain the quality of food and non-food product, purchased and displayed in accordance with law and in assurance the safety of customer, through the factory audit, the product testing and resolution of quality problem
*** ACTIVITIES
* Function: Audit of supplier’s factory
- Construction standard for audit checklist and perform periodical audit factory and unscheduled audit for national supplier as assigned
- Reporting audit’s results to superior and related Buyers/Purchashing manager
* Function: Evaluation of quality product
- Construction standards and indicators of the quality of product
- Construction standards and organize evaluation sensory test of products
- Perform product sampling of first lot at supplier’s factory and send to test in lab (when Need)
- Selection Lab testing and perform the frequency and indicators of private label’s periodic tests of according to law and the technical file certified by state or agreed between our company and suppliers
* Function: Control product’s quality document according to State’s regulation and BigC
- Make or rent agency to make publication quality document for intragroup Imported- product
- Check, follow and report periodic status document quality, product’s labels according to assortiment’s regulations and make sure that all goods when display at store must have quality document suitable with law
* Function: Resolving quality problem by assigned division.
- Reception and resolving quality non-conformity of the product from Store, Supplier, News, Media, State agencies by coordination with of HQ store’s inspection and HQ regional manager monitoring
- Technical support for customer service, Public Relations departments related to quality product subjects
* Function: Updating and diffusion of laws, quality’s regulations
- Updating information of legal documents related to the field of quality product and food safety
- Writing documents, instructions, developing input -quality control- processes of the product and resolving quality issues.
- Perform information, remind supplier about the BigC’s quality requirement in particular and Vietnamese Law in general
- Training Purchasing center about quality control procedures (If Need)
- Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors
