+ Reports to: WH and Logistics Manager
+ Working Hours: Mon to Friday (8:00 am - 4:00 pm)
+ Responsible for: 02 Associates
+ Work venue: My Phuoc Plant, Ben Cat Dist., Binh Duong Province, Vietnam
+ Contract Length: 07 months (support duties for one staff under maternity leave)
+ Salary: upon performance + bonus if completing the contract length
+ Company bus provided to support the transportation for staff with many pick-up points
+ Additional support: Transportation provided for the candidates when be invited for interview at the factory
SCORE RESPONSIBILITY
Logistics Officer ensures delivery of subsidiary business results. Logistics Officer works within a structure that requires considerable interface with subsidiary, Divisional and corporate management. As one of the visible CP representatives of the site, the Logistics Officer also assumes a key role in developing mutually beneficial relationships with the local community, customers, and regulatory agencies.
CORE RESPONSIBILITY
+ Supports Subs on a new project launching on time by involving to the system set up projects or needed projects.
+ Supports APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization) launch and implementation in responsible subs, and drive continuous improvement
+ APO power user of concerned Division and Subs.
+ Ensure smoothly logistics order and shipping process to subsidiaries.
+ Coordinates with responsible Divisions and subsidiaries on their toothbrush demand and ensure good customer service level
+ Drives logistics & continuous improvement activities (storage, shipping) including inventory control, warehousing, transportation, logistics planning, and order processing & customer service. Communicates standard logistics metrics to direct reports. Resolves quality, service & cost issues.
+ Manages international shipping / receiving process, working with Freight forwarders and Brokers to ensure proper documentation is completed to meet all government regulations.
+ Communicates & reinforces Logistics plans. Maintains clear communication & close co-operation with Customer Service, Materials Planning, Manufacturing, & major suppliers/vendors. Works with Cross-Border Sourcing, Quality, Planning, Manufacturing, and Carriers & Customers to proactively avoid & resolve quality & service issues relating to logistics.
+ Ensures proper documentation, including transit documents and customs clearances, exists for shipments. Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carrier, forwarders, customers, and agents in a timely manner.
Prepare all necessary data entry and confirmation of key milestones (shipping instruction, departure, arrival, customs clearance, PODs, etc.) as specified by Customer Standard Operating Procedures.
+ Oversee and complete accurate billing to clients based on the pricing established with the clients while ensuring accurate costs and profits are maintained.
+ Works closely with client’s representative to ensure service satisfaction. Analyzes service failures/ issues and implements performance processes to enhance future service delivery.
+ Checking and making payment to (3rd party Warehouse, Customs & Transportation service, Forwarders…)
