Role purpose
1. The Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) is responsible for protecting our company’s devices, computers, servers, networks and data against any potential threats (hacking, backup data and systems, etc.), such as security breaches, backup data and systems or attacks by cyber-criminals.
2. You are also responsible for defining, setting and maintaining Business Continuity Plan with all Heads of Department.
Key Accountabilities
• Responsible of the entire IS security of Hardware (servers, desktops/laptops, devices, mobile phones or any electronic devices/systems,…), systems, applications/software, network, access control system, etc.
• Develop, implement and make sure that security policies, standards/protocols and procedures are established and enforced
• Coordinate information security inspections/audit, tests, and reviews
• Ensure work practices are in line with all audit, security and regulatory requirements
• Establish annual IT Security operation goals and execute to plan
• Oversee an in-house security team (as well as workers who telecommute, if applicable)
• Identify any risk and fix it quickly
• Work closely with Legal & Compliance Team and HR Team
• Identifying and implementing KPIs and project milestones

1. Education: Master/ Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Computer Information Systems or a related field
2. Other required Degree, Professional Qualifications and Certifications: Should have one of the following qualifications/certifications: OCA, OCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, Unix/Linux.
3. Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirements:
• Security tools and programs that are currently available.
• Business security practices and procedures.
• Hardware/software security implementation.
• Encryption techniques/tools.
• Various communication protocol.
• Able to work overtime and on weekends if necessary (will typically work on a problem or threat until it is resolved)
• Methodical, rigorous and carefulness
• Instill strong team spirit within your area of responsibilities
• Strong background in information technology with a clear understanding of the challenges of information security
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and fix security risks
4. Relevant Working Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in IS Security
5. Required Languages: Fluent English & Vietnamese
