* Account management :
- Develop strategies to increase the sales revenue and profit margins on existing accounts,
- Educate and conduct product demonstration for end users and medical teams to deliver appropriate training and presentations promoting the benefit of Vi Pha Co products,
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in order to offer outstanding operational support to key account to develop and launch new products and customize existing lines according to the market’s needs,
- Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key customers, decision makers and thought leaders
- Develop new products and new opportunities with the distributor to increase sales revenue.
* Business development :
- Prospect, develop opportunities, create proposals, lead meetings, and close sales,
- Identify, appraise, pursue and manage your pipeline for new business opportunities,
- Establish new business relationships through contact via telephone and email to cold, warm and inbound leads,
- Building and maintaining the company’s CRM database of suitable leads and potential new business contacts,
- Conduct suitable research of markets, clients, competing products and competitor organizations,
* General sales tasks :
- Fully understand the company products and services,
- Build a deep understanding of the market, the competitors,
- Support the company communication with catalogue design and online articles
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary,
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the board of director,
