MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. Business Partnership
- You should have in-depth understanding of business strategies and needs, and main business processes (Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Services).
- You will translate complex and ambiguous business requirements from business partner into detailed requirements, providing solutions and procedures to meet current business, customer and technical requirements.
- You will manage local business requirement, formulate adequate solutions, in collaboration with Regional Solution Centers; and in alignment with the Global IT Operating Model.
- You should have in depth understanding of existing business processes and computer software used within the company.
- You will locally coordinate global/regional or local project.
- You will conduct analysis of business processes and system requirements together with the business people and identify issues and opportunities and recommend appropriate modifications.
- You will manage the change process within business and IT to ensure successful implementation.
- You will propose and implement best practice solutions.
- You will be responsible for developing strategic business reports to help business to analyze market better.
- You will maintain relationships with key business users.
- You should have ability to learn and adopt a new solution domain
2. Application Support - Information Management
- You will ensure existing systems are used adequately and propose continuous improvement actions.
- You are 1st level support for business applications
- You are SAP Coordinator
- You are REXIS Sales & Service Coordinator (CRM solution basis of SDFC)
- You will design and run end-users / key users training session for new and existing business applications.
- You will provide information management services reporting, data upload and download, supporting data cleaning activities, etc)
- You will provide advice of the Business Process Owners on how to improve business processes
Most importantly, you must conduct business in full compliance to the Roche Behaviour in Business and Behaviour in Competition

You are someone who influences your own development, pursues your interests across functions and geographies, and understands that a job title is not the final definition of who you are, but a starting point
You obtained Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology with 3 to 5 years of experience for IT Business Analyst position in IT Department of mid-size multi-national companies.
You capitalize on existing knowledge to gain in-depth understanding of main business processes (Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Services).
You have in-depth understanding of process implementation on systems (SAP Dia, CRM, Collaboration, etc).
You have understanding of system landscape (technical, data, processes).
You have ability to perform monitoring tasks on IT systems and assist operation for troubleshooting.
You have ability to develop queries and reports in Data Warehouse system.
You have in-depth command of MS Office tools, in particular Excel.
You have sound understanding of infrastructure components (network, communications, PC technologies, servers, OS, application infrastructure elements (SQL, MOSS etc)
Other skills you should have, but not limited to, including: effective leadership, coordination, motivational, negotiation skills; strong project and change management skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; stakeholders management skill; analytical, logical problem resolution skills.
