Responsibilities:
Engagement Leadership:
- Manage the delivery of IT Consulting engagements on the end-to-end basis;
- Assess current state of IT performance and provide consulting ideas, initiatives and approaches to transform the enterprise information technology;
- Lead working sessions, meetings, interviews with the clients to collect data, to clarify the IT Business Requirements/system specification, to assist them in decision making related to their complex technology transformation;
- Review work product to deliver greater value by providing your in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge of Business Acumen;
- Coordinate internal team and stakeholder communications of the engagements in work plan update, professional reports, and to get final approval for delivery that meets the client expectations
Client Leadership:
- Assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
- Participate in business development initiatives
- Build strong internal relationships within EY IT Advisory and across the firm service lines
- Understand EY service offerings (not only ITA) and actively present ways to serve clients.
- Take initiative in business development, and where appropriate, maintain contact with client organizations;
Team Leadership:
- Attract, develop, coach, and retain high-performance team members, empowering them to elevate their level of responsibility, span of control, and performance;
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
- Support talent review activities, including ensuring development and readiness of talent pipeline.
- Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training Assurance professionals
- Contribute to the maintenance of an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff via training and coaching sessions
- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a professional services or reputed organization, with a minimum of 3 years in IT project and/or program management.
- Broadly understanding of the business organizations and processes, especially for banking organization;
- Strong Business Acumen;
- In-deep technical expertise
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, interpersonal, analytical, critical thinking, research capability and problem solving skills;
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management internal and external;
- Having solid business consulting skills and be able to work consultatively on a strategic or operational level;
- Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills, ability to lead teams of consultant, clients and vendor resources;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree in information technology, business, computer science, MIS or equivalent programs
- Preferred IT professional certification in: Project Management, ITIL, Security, IT Solutions Certificate; TOGAF, Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, Mobility, Analytical, and Digital
- Experience in advisory services or having membership certificates of Agile Scrum, PMP, TOGAF and ITIL would be a plus.
