It Manager

- Advanced knowledge of financial metrics, processes, industry standards and best practices

- Maintains a strong relationship with the regional business leaders to maintain high IT service levels

- Works with local leaders and other departments to develop the operating and investment budgets to manage and own overall technology spending for the local site

- Leads the quarterly budget intake process, analysis, reporting and budget to actual tracking

- PCS/Desktops / Servers: Order, Setup, install, maintain PCs and related peripherals for employees . Provide expert level end user hỗ trợ.

- Own and manage installation standards & practices. Maintain daily activity, task, and system status information for standard reporting systems & processes.

- Equipment: Maintain and support computer hardware; ensure cleanliness and organization in equipment rooms; verify all equipment and cabling is properly installed for safety, reliability and neatness.

- Physical Plant: Manage and ensure reliable operations of electrical, HVAC, fire protection, ,,,,. systems supporting local systems in CNTT dữ liệu Center.

- Vendors: Evaluate and select products & vendors to provide goods & services related to local systems operations. Manage ongoing vendor relationships to ensure adequate hỗ trợ.

- Spares & Support: Regularly assess service contracts and on-hand spare parts availability to ensued adequate coverage for all productions systems. Administer spare parts inventories

- System Auditing: Regularly audit local systems to ensure compliance with CNTT installation and security policies/procedures. Correct discrepancies.
