Mô tả công việc

1. SAP ERP support.
Manage all operations of SAP ERP system in the factory, support SAP users to handle related issues and coordinate with the IT team of the fellow company in Malaysia for any SAP customizing requests and enhancements.
2. Application Development.
- Be able to improve existing applications or develop new applications to with the aim to automate and systemize internal processes.
- Skills in programming language: VB, C#, ASP.NET.
- Database: SQL server.
3. IT infrastructure.
- Server systems: IBM X3650 M4/5, HP server, IBM SAN storage, SAN switch, Tape Backup Library, NAS Synology...
- Network & Firewall: Cisco devices and Fortigate Firewall.
- PC control: ~ 250 PCs (Windows 7/10).
- Server control: ~ 10 servers (Windows server 2008/2012).
- Enpoint Antivirus Management (Client – Server).
- Domain controller, DNS, File share permission control, Windows server services...
- System backup and Disaster recovery solution.
- SQL server managenent.
- Google suite.
4. Other Tasks.
- Prepare annual budget of IT.
- Set up and implement annual IT targets.
- Manage all IT assets.
- Manage and supervise the procurement of IT equipment.
- Support and guide other departments to use IT devices and softwares effectively.
- Advise BOD to develop IT system and propose IT policy.
- Implement IT equipment maintenance to avoid any interruptions.
- Analyze a company’s current technology infrastructure and make proposal to align with companys strategy.
- Work with IT auditor to perform annual IT audit.
- Other tasks on demand.

Quyền lợi

Yêu cầu

- University graduate, major in IT.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP functions: FI-CO, MM, QM, PP, SD.
- At least 2 years of working experiences with SAP system.
- Excellent knowledge of LAN, WAN, computer software, hardware and security infrastructure.
- Management skill.
- Good communication in English.
- Good programming skill.
- Working experiences in manufacturing companies is a plus.

- Annual leave: in accordance with prevailing labor code. An additional of 01 paid day for each of 3 working years.
