An exciting opportunity! for an experienced Development and Cloud Consultant to join a very successful team and one of the fastest growing companies in the region.
The focus of this role is to work with closely with our management and consulting teams, and together with our strategic partners, assist our clients develop and deliver complex cloud-based solutions.

• Able to orchestrate and lead workshops with individuals and teams, within Medda as well as with clients.
• Have the passion to be hands-on and keep learning
• You will have knowledge and understanding of strategic business drivers and operational process requirements across several industries.
• Ability to link a specific business requirement to a solution.
• Ability to recommend processes, governance, organisational and platform models, tool, solution selections, and integration options to clients.
• Complex program and project experience through all phases of the project lifecycle; from strategy and advisory, scoping and planning, requirements gathering, to design, development, testing, change management (including capability development) and deployment.
• Excellent communications and social interaction skills. You will be able to communicate in English fluently – verbal and in writing

You will need to demonstrate experience in the following areas:
• Backend technologies - C#, .net. asp.net, SQL, containers and kubernetes
• Frontend technologies - HTML, javascript, css, angular.js,
• Business Intelligence (‘BI’) Visualisation Tools (such as Power BI, Tableau)
• Cloud Technologies –Microsoft O365 and Azure IaaS and PaaS technologies – specifically development, SQL and Azure data services (Azure AD, Azure DF, Azure DW and SQL), Azure Infrastructure Services, Office 365 including SharePoint. Similar experience with the AWS portfolio would be considered as well.
• Software architecture/solution architecture,
• Ability to analyse and interpret business needs and requirements,
• Problem solving skills,
• Technology Toolset – Cloud, BI and visualisation tools, Big Data, Databases, Content Management Systems, Dev-Ops, UI/UX and mobile app dev,
• Agile development methodology - Agile framework and toolsets, such as Jira, Slack, Agile Central, Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio, etc,
• Ability to lead workshops and to present in front of a large audience
As a Lead Development and Cloud Consultant, you will assume the following responsibilities:
• Technology Consulting: Be involved in capturing the client objectives and requirements by using appropriate approaches, methodologies, tools, to understand the clients business.
• High level and detailed design: Design the software solution that address the clients’ requirements.
• Software development: Develop, test and implement the software solution for our clients.
• Methodologies and Framework: familiarity and experience with Agile and DevOps.
• Team work: Work closely with Medda’s managers and staff.
