As a Lead Technology TA in Lazada TechHub, you will provide a full range of assistance and administrative functions, reporting to Tech HRBP and supporting Tech Leadership of Lazada Group.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Become an expert in Lazada technology, new products, software, and how to prospect & convert into candidate interest.
• Create and execute talent strategies based on deep understanding of business needs aligned with understanding of the candidate marketplace (both internal and external).
• In partnership with hiring managers, create robust Job Descriptions.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates. Drive sourcing activities via networking, internet research, locally and regionally.
• Generate a strong qualified engineering pipeline, and produce a target list of passive candidates for assigned searches through research and heavy sourcing; research, networking, cold calling, and phone screens.
• Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, communities, etc.
• Attend diversity focused technical sourcing events.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
• Foster long-term connections with candidates.
• Review technical job requirements.
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
• Format CVs meeting Hiring Managers’ expectations.
• Research new technologies.
• Facilitate interviews with Hiring Managers.
• Follow up with candidates.
• Implement the best practices in recruitment.
• Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent and scalable recruitment experience to all stakeholders.
• Uphold a focus on candidate experience, diversity and building long-term relationships.
• Support succession planning and talent strategy in the effort to identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
• Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regard to talent development or retention.
• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open roles.
• Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
• Involved in the design and managing of Applicant Tracking System, Companys career related website & social media platforms including Facebook Career Page, LinkedIn Company Page, etc.

To succeed in your role, you must have:
• 5+ years in global talent acquisition.
• 3+ years in technology talent acquisition.
• Strong LinkedIn profile with more than 4000 connections.
• Experience in building a robust pipeline of high-caliber software talent. Ability to demonstrate creativity in your search methods and generate a high quality candidate pipeline under very tight timeline. Knowledgeable with using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter.
• Extensive experience in leading full recruitment cycles, gained at either an executive search firm or from a fast paced, high-growth enterprise software environment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting all levels of technical candidates within the Software Engineering, Cloud, Big Data, Infrastructure, Mobile and the IT industry with tact and tenacity.
• An eye for detail and strong intuition for culture fit while screening candidates.
• Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing top talent.
• Highly articulate and collaborative. Ability to proactively network and establish effective relationships
• Work permit to work in Vietnam.
• Strong social networking and a strong brand ambassador
• Ability to learn technical information.
• Self-confidence and positive attitude.
• Microsoft Office and Google Apps knowledge for proofreading, editing and formatting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced verbal and written English skills.
