* Preventive maintenance planning and supporting
- Analysing and prioritization of the notifications and orders.
- Generating daily weekly work orders for maintenance groups.
- Presenting the weekly plan on every Monday morning and distributing
- The daily plans to supervisor one day in advance by using SAP.
- Ensuring all WOs to be feed backed correctly and on time in SAP system (Trend to zero the overdue of orders)
- Attend coordination meeting and coordinate with other departments to ensure that the maintenance requests will be done carefully.
- Creating and maintaining the preventive maintenance load balance per area
- Giving work instructions
- Giving technical support to maintenance groups
- Making root cause analysis (FMEA)
- Taking care of all special tasks according to assignment of supervisor
- Create & close WOs that planed and to look the system for other WOs that created by execution team as unplanned
* PMR and material control
- Tracking of the material requests Establishing the PMRs and reviewingupdating them every 6 months
- Coordinating the creation of material’s bill
- Distributing part requirements on every Monday.
- Updating critical spare / BOM for critical equipment
* SAP system Documentation
- Maintaining and updating of the maintenance information (equipment history, technical files, documentation)
- Verifying the consistency and updating the database in accordance to installation development and including new installations immediately.
- Verifying the consistency of the maintenance module and the generation of reports and creating user manuals.
- Implementing standard orders by following up Holcim regim
- Providing the helpdesk for the maintenance module
- Documenting (technical document) for library.
* Material management & Cost Control
- Optimize in maintenance activities to keep maintenance cost under budget.
- Coordinate with another department to follow action log of RCFA correctly to reduce oil consumption and Electrical spare, 3 party cost.
- Ensure that the spare parts maintenance routines are carried out every week in order to guarantee spare parts are stored in the right way and to correct using purpose,
- Update PR header text, request for approve
- Make yearly budget for HONC equipment.
* Shutdown planning
- Coordinating all departments to establish complete Master Shutdown plan 4 weeks before shutdown.
- Monitor & Update procession during main shutdown.
- Review for ensuring all cost during Shutdown to be posted in corrected location
