Transaction Advisory Services
Our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team works with clients to manage their capital agenda to drive competitive advantage and increased returns. As part of a global team of 10,000 professionals in 100 countries you will advise clients on preserving, optimizing, raising or investing capital. Major groups (or, as we call them, sub-service lines and competencies) within TAS include Mergers and Acquisition Services, Project Finance, Restructuring Services, Operational Transaction Services, Transaction Support, Transaction Tax, and Valuation and Business Modeling.
Mergers and Acquisition Services (M&A)
Leveraging an extensive global network, our M&A team provides sector-focused advice on the sale process from strategic positioning to close, and we help execute acquisitions, alliances and mergers. As part of this team you may also advise C-suite executives and boards on evaluating strategic alternatives in the context of transactions.

We’re currently growing our Transaction Advisory Services team to meet increasing demand. As part of the team, you can expect exposure to a full range of client types and needs, along with formal training to support your personal goals.
Your key responsibilities
► The full range of responsibilities to M&A at Senior/Manager Level
► Assisting in execution of deals
► Management and training of Juniors and reporting upwards
► Creation and Review of Financial Models produced
► Production of IM and running the Auction process
► Liaison with Clients when required

To qualify for the role you must have
► A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance for Senior level
► A Master’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance for Manager level
► Professional certificates (CFA, CPA, ACCA, etc.) or studying overseas are preferred
► A good knowledge of M&A and the ability to apply your skills creatively to diverse client needs;
► Approximately 2-5 years’ experience in reviewing analysts work models, valuations, and training, mentoring and pitch presentations;
► Take a more leading role in client pitches
► Strong current knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and basic knowledge of IFRS
► Strong and effective English written and verbal communication skills
► A dedication to teamwork
► A strong work initiative and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
► Ability to work independently in fast-paced, multi-tasked, demanding and deadline-driven environment.
► Excellent analytical, problem solving, project management and interpersonal skills
► Willingness to travel, when necessary.
