MISSION
- Support the strategy prioritization for Property Group and other relevant Business Units of Central Group Vietnam
- Track and analyse retail trend, trading Business Units, and relevant developments
- Seek new business opportunities and provision of property for development
ACTIVITIES
- Conduct market research survey, site assessment, competitors analysis for all new projects and for renovation projects to identify potential city and location, market requirement, avoid risk and define target market and customer segment in both quantitative and qualitative.
- Clearly and strategically define Unique Selling Point (USP) of new and major renovation projects (Create “winning strategy”) to be ahead of the competitor
- Ensure proper tenant mix and zoning within the mall in line with business strategy and market demand and to achieve desired footfall.
- Develop and maintain a strong local database including retail competition, consumer demographics, points of interest, roads, new housing developments
- Review and analyze shopping center performance to guide renovation strategy
- Fully support and work across department on analysis and development process to achieve project goal
- Create shopping mall concept and strategy or merchandise/category mix to capture the right target market
- Arrange and manage regular town and site visits, including necessary local maps and supporting materials
- Attend Local Property Meetings, present Research views and advice
- Monitor and communicate relevant market news and developments on regular basis
