- Visit dealers & salesmen to follow dealers situation, obstacles, collect product feedbacks, customers status,….
- Monthly making report of dealer sales
- Follow dealer sales territory, minimum price as per policy
* Dealer Training
- Making plan of training for dealers
- Contact suitable trainer for each course & purpose
- Arrange schedule & preparation according to training
- Making letter & announcement of training to dealers
- Making report of training
* Dealer Policy
- Propose & write kinh doanh policy (Quarterly, operation policy)
- Write letter to dealers or related partners upon required Corporate Identity (CI)
- Follow Dealer CI as standard
- Remind Dealer & inform Người quản lý in case of CI violation
- Contact agency to equip appropriate CI
