Competitor tracking: Gather data on competitors activities in sales and marketing, branding and distribution channels, price structure. 5. Customer profile: Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, customers positioning, purchasing decision factors, customers network to identify potential segments towards Mitsubishi currents products. 6.
