Key Responsibilities
1. Content & Social Media
- Plan and produce content for social media platforms
- Write engaging marketing copy and captions
- Coordinate with design team to produce visuals, short videos, and promotional materials
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
2. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Track campaign performance and optimize targeting, budget, and creatives
- Monitor trends and platform algorithm updates to improve campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance
3. Event & Activation Marketing
- Support planning and execution of offline events, workshops, and promotional activations
- Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to implement events
- Manage event logistics, and on-site execution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields
- 2–3 years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Brand Marketing
- Experience working with social media campaigns and marketing events
Skills
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Familiar with social media marketing and digital advertising
- Good project coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
