Responsible for footfall to Connect Hearing Store
Responsible for digital, and trade marketing.
Customer data management
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing
• Adopt an optimization approach; develop the Digital Marketing strategy, monitor market, analyze and report to Retail Manager.
• Planning and implementing promotions to push sales.
• Content creation (copywrite): PR articles, management of social networking channels, newsletter, videos to gain leads and build brand awareness.
• Analyzing marketing channels effectively, identifying and proposing improvement solutions
• Daily monitor, analyze and close supervise with agency for Google ad, FB Ads and other ads networks
• Check, collect and support customer feedback
• Other duties as assigned by the superiors
• Manage website & social media channels to make sure we have proper content to generate leads.
• Drive the SEO and SEM strategies/ execution.
• Keep track on competitors’ analysis.
2. Trade Marketing
• Develop and support Seminars, events…. of Company
• Design and supervise the printing for Trade Marketing (Brochures, Leaflets, Standee….)
• Responsible for the Display at all Centers of Company (Signage, Signboard, ..)
• Develop campaigns to increase the footfall to Connect Hearing store.
3. Customer Services
• Follow, provide consultation by telephone call to customer who approach through Digital Channels
• Transfer customer data from Digital Channels to Company Centers to push Sales.
• Others duties from Management Team.
4. Data Management:
• Data collection.
• Data input.
• Data Analysis.
Yêu cầu công việc- Basic Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Personal Competencies
• Excellent in office management (preferred in Marketing Support).
• Good knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing.
• Exquisite communication and people skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
• Demonstrate ability of multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Problem solving oriented
- Social Competencies : Person with good interpersonal understanding, relationship building and cultural sensitivity.
- Leadership Competencies: Ability to adapt and make decisions within a diverse culture team.
- Professional Competencies: Excellent planning and administrative abilities, developing customers program, and regularly reporting actual performance to plan, with variance analyses and revised corrective actions.
