A. LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City B. ROLES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: Identify brand strategy and develop business plan to meet brand KPIs and grow business Key accountabilities: Use the consumer understanding, the competitive dynamics and boundaries of the market to lead the brand AOP, translate into brand ideas and convert into relevant innovations to grow the brand Oversight the implementation of AOP, from the strategic discussion to development and all way communication to sales force (such as: thematic campaign, grassroots, promotions, …) Recommend and support the adaptation of marketing best practices from PI global or regional; or develop local platform relevance Manage the allocation & disbursement of budget for assigned brand to maximize ROI and have positive impact on brand P&L. Working with Finance partner to set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goal) Work with Sales to co-develop trade & channel programs, POS support related to brands Accountable for team capability through coaching, mentoring and training

C. REQUIREMENT Strong leadership & interpersonal skill Brand management experience Consumer orientation, brand operating experience At least 5 years experiences in marketing management, preferably in FMCG, beverage industry understanding Have good understanding and experiences in consumer orientation
