Your role is to create unique opportunity for us to pioneer the future of media, provide leadership and guidance to brand teams in the digital/mobile arena, and execute in the market with the support of digital agencies and key digital partners. Daily responsibilities would include: - Provide guidance to brand teams to best leverage opportunities in the digital/mobile arena - Participate in brand digital strategy development and execute the same in the market with the support of digital agencies and key digital partners - Track progress of strategy deployment, in terms of spending, platforms, channels, return on investment and provide strategic advice to the brand teams - Work with CMI & digital agencies / key digital partners to define data standards, understand consumer behaviour & develop measurable KPIs - Measure and track effectiveness of key campaigns/ channels, with emphasis on “real time” campaign management. - Manage, track performance& lead digital agencies and key digital partners - Assist in digital capability building by defining & sharing in class practices & knowledge

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field • English Requirement: 6.5 ~ 7.0 Equivilent KEY SKILLS • Media marketing experience – proven track record & experience of building brands digitally to deliver excellent customer experiences and optimizing digital performance & tracking measurements • Ability to influence & have impact - you will need to be demanding on behalf of the consumer you serve & to maximize investment. • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social/ online media, video, search and display advertising campaigns • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook insight, Google adwords etc) • Strong business mindset, analytical power and good communication • Passion to growth and strong time management skill • Enthusiastic, Open-minded, practical creativity and result-oriented • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking • At least 2 years in marketing role. Or 3 years in media/digital agency
