Role:
Build volume, revenue, & profitability in assigned channel/customers of Modern Trade by selling in Initiatives establish during the AOP. Develop and execute business programs, leverage efficient call coverage, and ensure all assigned accounts of Modern Trade comply with SPVB performance standards and CDA commitments.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Grow volume, revenue and share in the Modern Trade channel
- Build & execute plan to deliver volume, revenue, share, execution KPI for sub-channel/format/customers to deliver AOP as assigned
- In charge and/or assist (Senior) Account Manager to do assortment, listing promotion plan & visibility/rental for sub channel/format/customers as assigned. Ensuring SPVB products always available in each store
- Assist and/or directly develop, negotiate with customers as assigned for Contract (CDA) and/or Rental plan and/or others and execute the agreements
- Assist (senior) account manager to handle paper work as per SPVB process: CDA system, briefing counterparts for execution if any and tracking counterparts for payment and tracking payment status
- In charge Monthly D&A pricing
- Keep updated an account plan to the SPVB standard (ASAP)
- Call on all customer wiring assignments as planned
- Frequent store visits to support Location team timely & effectively
- Ensure to achieve 5 points scorecard, green TU health-check
2. Tracking accounts objectives & report
- Preparing Briefing - monthly activity file to Location & Brief & Track the execution vs plan to have prompt corrective action plan
- Ensure all the required information needed to be updated in the system for Operation team
-Tracking spending of CDA, D&A, MKT fund, Visibility budget to ensure effective spending within AOP
- Price/pack report & facing report & other reports to AM, as per SPVB system
- Monitor performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action where necessary
3. Assist Senior Account Manager for analysis
- Run analysis and/or support for business review for JBP and or monthly corrective action plan, volume, rev/case, share, assortment, pricing, promotion, space, extra displays etc…
- Provide pre & post execution evaluation of big promotion programs and communicate to the field
- Monthly analysis to improve sales performance
4. Others
- Other projects as per assignment of company and/or line managers
