- Establish, implement, maintain and continously improve the HSE system in SGS Vietnam
- Corporate with HSE Region and Branches/LOB to setup, implement and evaluate HSE KPI annual.
- Evaluate and ensure that all efforts are made to achieve or better the annual HSE KPIs.
- Setup, implement and evaluate HSE Training Plan Yearly as Local and Global requirement.
- Following up, update and communicate the HSE requirement by the local requirement and expectation of the group, inform to relevant divisions for change and application.
- Oversee the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the OIMS within SGS Vietnam Ltd.
- Setup, implement, maintain and evaluate the HSE Training Plan annual as Local and Global requirement.
- Join to identify hazards, assess risks and view control measurements properly for LOBs.

- OI visit and report all HSE finding and give advices for HSE matters.
- Providing onsite technical support to Divison Manager and other managers.
- Follow up, evaluate and report on the performance of the HSE system during Management Review meeting

- Ensuring management involvement and awareness in HSE issues (through OI visit, training, meeting, inspections, communication and direct coaching).
- Conduct and follow up HSE Visit within organisation and maintain appropriate records.
- Join to investiage, report all incidents to MD and Regional OI Manager.
- To develop and maintain the HSE Team.
- Direct report all HSE issues and correct actions to MD.
- To report HSE matters as local requirement to Government Organization.
- Welcome to auditors/inspectors by Client, Government and Global.
- In the absence of the HSE Manager, the Managing Director shall assume the aforesaid responsibilities.
