***Summary Description
- To support the supply operation of Yanmar Spare Parts and Accessories to dealer network nationwide in a prompt and accurate manner, making contribution to the achievement of parts sales target, based on the company’s business objective & strategy.
***Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with dealer’s parts staff to ensure their Parts demands will be fully met.
- Check parts catalogs update on YDS and issue parts bulletin to dealers for the new part-code on a timely manner.
- Conduct the parts training to dealer’s parts staff on YDS, PartsXpress for smooth order handling.
- Collect dealer’s parts situation before the main harvesting season and issue recommended parts list for their planning order.
- Assist dealers with determination of Parts and Accessories requirements in catalogues.
- Assist & advise parts order-taking staff in checking & determining dealer’s orders on RPMS and recommend interchangeable parts or other related parts if any.
- Follow up and check parts consignment at dealers for sales, resupply to update the inventory control system to ensure there’s no discrepancy between RPMS with FA accounting system.
- Work with JX Nippon to guarantee the on-time delivery of genuine oils to meet dealer’s maintenance service demand before and during the main season months, increasing oil sales.
- Review and check parts stock level to issue internal transfer list between warehouses to achieve the high order fill rate.
- Cooperate with service personnel to collect estimated order forecast for warranty service to consolidate into monthly stock order to overseas supplier.
- Manage parts storage situation at 3LP warehouse accordingly
- Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and
demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service.
- Other Duties As assigned.

Bằng cấp
Cao đẳng trở lên
- Bachelor degree.
- Good literacy of Ms Office, particularly Is Excel.
- Either English is mandatory (verbal, listening, speaking & writing).
- Mechanical background or knowledge of agricultural or similar industries.
- . Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computerized inventory system required for parts operations or the ability to quickly learn.
- Knowledge and experience of spare
- part is preferable, especially parts of agricultural machinery or equipment is an advantage.
- Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using proper catalogue for particular machine models.
- Must possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
- High level of communication skills using all methods email, phone, etc..
