JOB OBJECTIVES & PRIORITIES:
- Exploit company’s marketing tools to support selling activities (brochure, website, credential….)
- Manage client list to ensure all clients are well managed, cared and kept in communication
- Presenting company credential to potential clients through marketing communication (face to face meetings, telephone, calls, emails…)
- Always retain professional manner and polished appearance as an intention to gain more business relationships.
- Responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting.
- Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business deal for company to meet company annual target, which is increased year on year.
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team
- Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensuring all sales administration
- Create and be responsible for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following company procedure.
- Thoroughly understand the clients objectives & requirements to propose accordingly activities to meet their objectives
- Effectively interact with other departments including the account management and supporting team when handing over successful deal, ensuring you fully and correctly brief in all aspects of the sale.
- Support to develop marketing tools
- Keep abreast of issues affecting companies opportunities, collect competitor intelligence
- Respect company’s policy in finance, attendance, working principles.
- Answer, transfer incoming phone to related people.
- Willing to jump into other work upon requested.
- Handle assigned customers.
