Lixil Vietnam Corporation would like to find talented candidates for the position of Import-Export Staff.
* Descriptions:
- In-charges of all activities related to import and export
- In-charges of customs declaration and handling of customs inquiries
- Control import-export lead time
- Manage import-export data and make report as requested
- Keep tracking & maintain Logistics KPIs
- Study and propose ideas, improvement to make cost saving
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
- Working place: Lixil Vietnam Headquarters at Duong Xa, Gia Lam, Hanoi (Company provides bus to pick up staff)
* Requirement:
- University graduate with bachelor degree of Economics or relevant fields (Foreign Trade University or National Economics University is preferred)
- Have experience in import-export customs clearance field and SAP system is prefered
- Understanding Vietnam domestic law and International transaction rule
- Good communication, analytical and negotiating skill
- Good command of English and computer skills
- Be honest, responsible, hard-working and cooperative with teamwork spirit
- Quickly get adaptable, able to work under high pressure
