JOB SUMMARY Handle Payroll and Personal income tax procedure for local employees, ensure all related tasks is implemented strictly as per Company regulations and Vietnamese law. Finish assignments from Superiors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Payroll sheets Complete monthly payroll for all local employees. Complete final compensation and severance allowances for leaving employee Coordinate with Finance department to ensure timely and accurate remittance for employees as Company regulation. Assist Superiors in participating in Payroll Analysis / Reports. 2. Personal Income Tax: Register income tax code and dependents for all employees Declare and settle annual personal income tax finalization for employees and report to Tax Department. Work directly with Tax authorities on issues related to personal income tax and inform employer / employees promptly. Provide employee / employer with consultancy service on personal income tax regulations and benefits. Ensure personal income tax is implemented strictly as per Vietnamese law.

1. Education College or above specializing in HR management or relative management 2. Experience 5 years experiences in HR / Finance, at least 3 years of experience in Payroll field in large manufacturing company with more than 2,000 employees. 3. Knowledge of: Payroll policies and procedures Labor law and local regulation 4. Skills and Abilities Good máy vi tính skills Good Communication skills Good in written and spoken English Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, transparent. Good patience and carefulness Work well in a team-based environment. Skilled in problem solving Can work under high pressure
