Mô tả công việc1. Volume and value:
• Accountable for planning revenue and volume targets by focusing on Trade activities planning with key sales drivers: Big C/ Lotte/ Giant/ Mega market.
• Champion the collaboration with other department/ sales team to ensure high satisfaction and motivation to achieve revenue target.
• Collaborate with MKT & Sale team… to identify the opportunity (NPD, base growth) for revenue delivery.
• Clear building block and key source of growth and make sure activities bring incremental in line with monthly Sales projection.
2. Budget monitoring:
• Manage the allocated Trade Fund to generate the desired profitable and ensure sufficient business awareness of trade investment level.
• Monthly budget phasing to base on monthly target and base on each activity/ kind of activities/ each account and Trade MKT Campaign.
• Tracking and evaluation for budget to make sure activities efficiency.
3. Trade activities building and execution:
• Provide specialist support to Sales team with customer reviews and business development.
• Collaborate with Category Revenue Planning/ MKT/ Sales to design winning plans.
• Ensure the channel strategy and plan is translated into sector/customer specific activation programs.
• Understand the key drivers, occasions and trends of the channel and category, to translate into category and customer plans.
• Own activity calendar by account and ensure prioritization for NPD, MKT & customers campaign. (Big C/ Lotte/ Giant/ Mega market).
• Accountable for execution of activity calendar each account and with strategic customer. Ensure that all customer activities are executed on time and within budget.
• Establish investment priorities and execute the plan brilliantly in respect of A&C budget and ROI goals.
4. Visibility management:
• Communicate to KAM clear execution standard for their customers right product, right price, right place/ POSM, right promotion.
• Look for visibility opportunity in assigned customer for effective visibility planning.
5. Marketing plan and campaign execution:
• NSO: Opening activities planning: promotion/ PG consultant/ sampling/ visibility/ …
• TET Campaign/ Brand Campaign/: Hamper approach/ visibility & branding/ instore activation/ PG inline/ …
• NPD & Innovation: Define launching priority by channel/ build activities launching/ …
• Tracking and evaluation to report and adjust the planning for next activities.
6. Mondelēz compliant improvement for MT system:
• Strictly follow promotion standard gift guideline to make sure Product image and Brand Awareness.
• Follow internal process.
7. Internal collaboration:
• Sales Team/ MKT/ Finance/ CRP/ Supply Chain/ Demand/ Logistic/Legal/ Procurement….
Yêu cầu công việc• Bachelor degree in business related field is required.
• 2-3 years of solid Trade Marketing and/or Sales experience.
• Experience in FMCG a must.
• Experience in confectionery categories is preferred.
• Strategic thinking, initiative, and follow through.
• Quick learner and able to apply new concepts to daily activities.
• Ability to work virtually across teams in different countries and different functions.
• English proficiency, writing and reading.
• Computer knowledge, Power Point, Excel, Access. Word.
• Strong analytical skills followed by solid decision making.
• Ability to analyze retail trends and insights.
• Good Planning skill.
• Excellent shopper & customer understanding MT chain.
