1. Accept instructions and report to Sales Manager & Marketing manger
2. Manage and lead PG with tasks as stated:
a. Visit PG’s according to their working Schedule in Platinum venues
b. Monitor & complete KPIs report , submit to Sales Manager & Marketing manager
3. PG daily , weekly & monthly performance checklist
4. Summary of venues promotions, PG competitors promotion and venues management rule concerning PG performance
5. Check PG attendance upon venues visit
6. Team work with PG in training the PGs as follows:
a. Active participation in training PG with sales team & marketing manager
b. Work with sales team to help develop sales targets for each venue
c. Drive sales increases through PG incentive scheme & sales targets
d. Help develop good relationships and communication between PG’s, Sales team and marketing team
e. Assist supervising and teaching during PG Training Course as well as providing details & support for PG documents for all PG’s
7. Supervise proper distribution of POSM, sales & marketing materials according to Platinum instructions ahead of time in coordination with Platinum sales & marketing teams
8. Assist sales team keep track of POSM and help them to fill out their POSM report forms every 2 weeks.
9. Apply reflectiveness technique in Platinum Beer promotions, smart awareness and motivate PG’s to be more competitive
10. Must report to the office every day by 12:30 pm
