Develop Portfolio of Future Collaborate with cross functional teams and regional team to define consumer trends, food trends in Vietnam in the next 5 years Develop Portfolio of Future for company in the next 5 years based on Dinner trends, Food trends and Operator insights Collaborate with regional research team and category team to update and adjust Portfolio of Future based on market dynamic and emerging growth in South East Asia 2. Driving the CORE and develop Innovation & Rejuvenation Strategy Translate Portfolio of Future into execution plan via development of Innovation & Rejuvenation Strategy to define right product, perfect timing and solid 6Ps to launch into market Relentlessly strengthen the Core of business and sharpen its proposition via product benchmarking, selling story and 6Ps analysis Continuously searching opportunity to improve product margin via 6Ps for current portfolio Identify annual incremental sales as new source of growth for business 3. Interface with cross functional teams Country Marketing team, Customer Development team, Supply Chain team, Finance team… South East Asia Category Marketing team
