1. Align the goals and strategies to accomplish short-term & long-term project s being specified.
2. Positive client relationship with clear interaction and engagement.
3. Clear view of customer channel and creating opportunities for solution deployment
4. Regularly conduct training, coordinate with Marketing to organize seminar/product launching for consultants network
5. Regularly update sales team with new knowledge about products, international/local standards to improve technical competency of the team.
6. Clear reporting on all activities as and when required.
7. Strategy and Planning:
Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy in order to
ensure company’s long-term viability, profitability and market share.
8. Manufacturing
Develop and improve manufacturing line architect to increase manufacturing efficiency
9. Identify, quantify & follow projects in Vietnam
• Detect projects at early stage, analyze customer needs and find a solution from our product portfolio to apply to those needs.
• Work with consultants to promote & prescribe the Schneider Electric (SE) offers.
• Visit the project decision-makers to specify SE’s products.
• Update status of such projects within a project pipeline
• Maximize our chances of success by tracking key decision makers over the project period, until it is tendered out.
• Corporate with SE’s partners to specify in the project
10. Customer relationship management (Identify and develop key accounts)
• Develop key customer relationship and develop action plan for each consultant. Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers. Perform customer mapping and identify key decision makers.
• Working closely with Marketing team to define and execute plans for demand creation and brand awareness within the customer portfolio in charge.
• Manage and keep updated all key account information and opportunity in bFO (bridge Front Office) software
• Lead the CAP program to build up a good database and improve the visibility of M&E consultant network in South & Central Vietnam
11. Develop and train consultants with Schneider Electric offers
• Present and provide technical information necessary to customers.
• Organize trainings and seminars with M&E consultants to raise their competency level and also get upstream info on projects to act more quickly and increase our chance to win
12. Cross Selling promotion
• Working closely with other BUs to specify the project with full solution available within Schneider Electric including ISC, CCTV, BMS, UPS etc
13. Technical competency development
• Regularly update, keep abreast to change about local and international electrical regulation/standards.
• Master all tools such as ECODIAL, bFO, SPACIAL PRO, BRASS, PRISMA softwares
• Closely work with marketing team to develop/fine-tune all product specification for tender, that suite to Vietnam’s market.
• Master all offers from Schneider Electric which includes but not limit to MV, LV, IA, ISC, BMS, CCTV, UPS
14. Team player & team spirit
• Maintain and develop good relations with team and of other department in order to realize follow action plans to resolve issues and to keep abreast information and latest update
• From time to time, conduct training, technical update to sales team to boost the competency within the organization
• Technical support for Sales team to Service End-users, consultants, contractors, especially in terms of technical design.
