Production Manager

+ Reporting to Operation Manager/ General Manager.
+ To coordinate and manage overall production activities, and to ensure products are manufactured timely and according to customers requirements in both quality and quantity.
+ To ensure that the companys ISO9001 QMS & ISO14001 EMS are followed and implemented accordingly by production personnel and to create quality and cost awareness among production personnel to control wastage and rejection rate.
+ To improve/ upgrade/automate factory operations/ production through continuous improvement process on 4M (Man, Machines, Material & Methods).
+ To comply with all the relevant statutory, licensing requirements and work standards set by the company. To ensure a conducive, clean and safe work environment (5S) to help achieve companys goal.
+ Provide overall leadership to ensure the factory operates safety, and efficiently.
+ Exhibit a customer-centric attitude, and maintain high level focus on customer commitment, and satisfaction.
+ Responsible for production output, product quality and on - time delivery.
+ To assist or work together with Operation Manager/ General Manager on products complaints, manpower efficiency, process yield, defect and quality issues, material utilization and etc…
+ Develop strong teamwork and setting high standards for performances.
+ Control cost and minimize labor overtime, and repair expenses.
+ To fully maximize and utilize production capacity ( machineries, labor, and raw materials), to achieve highest possible product quality, lowest posible production cost, and lowest posible delivery time.
+ Analyze production specification and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes, tools and human resources requirements.
+ Personally monitor daily production progress, while motivating and driving workers to achieve daily targeted output and product quality standards.
+ Troubleshoot problems that occur during production, including staff shortages, all technical issues, and machinery malfunctions.
+ Collect and assess data about the production and teams performance, for review and continuous improvements.
+ Prepare reports about production processes for upper management, and suggest ways to improve efficiency & cost reduction.
