Mô tả công việc

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
* Initiating
• Define project scope, goals and deliverable
• Assist in the estimation of project
* Planning
• Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress
• Define tasks and required resources
* Executing
• Collect and manage project team
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
* Monitoring and controlling
• Track deliverable
• Analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
* Closing
• Evaluate and assess result of project
Working location: 17th Floor, East Tower, Lotte Center Hanoi, 54 Lieu Giai St., Cong Vi Ward, Ba Dinh Dist., Hanoi, Vietnam

Yêu cầu

[Basic Qualification]
• Degree in engineering with more than 6 years of commercial experience in software development
• Experience in automotive infotainment software development
• Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Good knowledge of the English language (reading, writing, speaking)
[Preferred Qualification]
• Experience in working on Embedded Software project
• Experience in Automotive domain e.g.: Product development experience and exposure to Navigation system/Connected CARS/Vehicle networking/Multimedia
• Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification or equivalent
• ISTQB Advanced - Test Manager/Test Analysis or equivalent
• Good knowledge of the Japanese language (reading, writing, speaking)

• Able to learn independently and work well under tight development schedules
• Able to explain complex technical information clearly and succinctly
• Able to travel for work attachment and training
