Quality Manager

• Responsible for drafting and editing Quality procedures following IATF - ISO/TS 16949 / 14001.
• Check and guarantee the correct collection of quality certificates.
• Co-ordinate the preparation of the certification books according to the established Quality criteria.
• Co-ordinate QC and QA personnel
• Act as the leader and focal point on the project for all QA matters.
• Promote the use of professional Quality tools, principles and objectives within the projects.
• Liaise with the Client on all project quality related matters.

• Very good knowledge and understanding of QA/QC regulations and international standards in the Automotive market
• 5 years of experience as QAQC Manager in Automotive industry;
• Degree in Engineering.
• Good English level both spoken and written, Japanese will be a plus.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on the validation of methodologies and techniques for quality control of processes and products
• Evaluate and monitor suppliers and perform monitoring activities
• Set up all necessary actions with the involvement of all business functions to achieve quality targets in the relevant areas
• Act as the leader and focal point on the project for all QA matters.
• Promote the use of professional Quality tools, principles and objectives within the projects.
• Good working knowledge of: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D report, Problem solving tools (5Why, PDCA analysis, Fishbone diagram, 4M, ect)
• Solid knowledge of Quality in Production / Lean Manufacturing
