Manage and distribute human according to headcount is approved.
Set up, manage and carry out recruitment and training process
Make recruitment plan for all of position as company’s requirements.
Co-operate with HOD for interview candidate who passed first interview.
Implement next step action after interview (writing refuse/offer letter, procedure for start working…)
Orientation for new comer (company’s regulation, orientation…)
Co-operate with HOD follow, assess new comer during probation time.
Follow up labor contact status of all of employee.
Make the weekly recruitment status report.
Manage staff information, follow up contract period, resignation.
Update new comer information.
Making labor contract for employees after ending probation time.

College, University graduate
At least 02 years working experience in HR
Vietnam labor law and relevant legislation
Good communication skill in English as well as Vietnamese.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Work in detail, on-time and careful.
