Consult about recruitment related for Store HR to ensure strictly execution the company selection and recruitment process
• Be courteous and professional when in contact with agencies / customers and maintain good working relationship with all colleagues throughout the Company and Stores
• Adhere to the Company Core Values, the “Strive for Reliability and Transparency” concept
• Perform daily duties related to selection and recruitment, included but not limited as follows:
- Prepare job post based on the Job Description provided by Functional department
- Liaise with source of recruitment (media, job trang mạng, head hunter, etc.) to search qualified candidates for all vacant
- Receive and sort applicants into current vacant
- Screen, interview candidates for supervisory level and below
- Assist to screen candidates for managerial level upon Superior’s instruction
- Input and Update applicants’ information, interview result into databases
- Contact short-listed applicants for testing / interview arrangement
- Organize interviews (booking meeting room, giving CVs to interviewers and getting them back, etc.)
- Make reference test for successful candidates
- Give interview phản hồi to short-listed applicants after finishing process
- Archive candidates’ CVs
• Help Store HR submit their PRs to BOM/HR Người quản lý for approval
• Coordinate with Store HR Supervisors to make Monthly Recruitment Report
• Monitor recruitment expenses (advertisement, executive search service fee, etc.)
• Involve and assist in implementing HR/Company events
• Perform related duties and special tasks/projects as assigned by Superior and/or Department Head
