BASIC FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY
To manage and overall responsible for the effectiveness of the School Link team operations.
Responsible for annual sales target.
Develop and maintain strong relationship with schools in the network, and involved authorities.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Control and manage daily operations of the team in the given schools network.
Develop sales plan (sales target, sales activities etc).
Effectively implement annual sales plan of School Link Dept. to meet the agreed target of the whole sales division.
Provide reliable update market information (competitor update: program/pricing/product changes or improvement).
Provide updated client feedback and product analysis to help BOM and involved Depts. to improve product quality and services.
Coordinate with legal dept. to work with MOET, DOET, OOET for the necessary license/approval for introducing and implementing Apax products to the schools in the network.
Provide subordinates with coaching, on the job training, mentoring and leadership that helps them achieved set target.
BA in Business related field
At least 5 year experience in Educational sales with a good understanding about Vietnamese educational system
Skill-set: Good interpersonal communication & persuade, can-do attitude with the ability to work under high pressure
During probation period and upon entering a contract following the successful completion of the probation period,, Social Insurances, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance (as defined by law) will be paid by the company and the employee.
