Purpose of the Job
Leading day to day shop chains operation to achieve: sales targets; outstanding client services; high clinical standards; a motivated workforce, and improved shop chains profitability.
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Formulating Vietnam Sales and Marketing policies and strategy as it relates to the Phonak brand and thereby making major contributions to organizational revenue, profit projection. Evaluate growth opportunity and propose plan to capture this
• Managing retail shops and retail staffs to fully operate in defined open-hour. Planning strategies for long-term growth of retail business. Planning and executing tactics/projects to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly retail targets. Training and developing retail staffs
• Managing Customer Relation procedures to ensure maximum customer’s satisfaction and conversion rate
• Maintain and foster the relationship with KOLs to increase KOL list and maximize leads referred by these KOLs
• Managing retail marketing activities for branding our retail brands as well as getting retail potential leads.
• Adhere to company policy and procedure (spending – code of conduct, …)
Địa điểm làm việc tại Hồ Chí Minh: 1004, Floor 10, 436-438 Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai Street, Ward 5, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
• Minimum bachelor degree. Business Administration would be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent in public speaking.
• Self-motivated. Good problem solving, analytical & communication abilities.
• Person with good interpersonal understanding, relationship building and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to adapt and make decisions within a diverse culture team.
• Professional in managing and motivating people
• Professional in presentations and public speaking
• Excellent planning and administrative abilities, developing customers program, and regularly reporting actual performance to plan, with variance analyses and revised corrective actions.
• English – advanced
• Good competency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Project…
