Responsible for new leads Generation
Making cold call to sell products and services, if necessary
Visit potential customers for new business
Make sales pitch and presentation to customers
Plan and participate in Sales and Marketing activities or events as required;
Leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making process, and overcomes objections to capture new business opportunities
Drive revenue generation and deliver significant value to clients through identifying opportunities within clients organizations, and gaining an in-depth understanding of client needs
Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on future buying trends;
Record customers’ requirements and sending, reviewing with Manager on a daily basis;
Make accurate, rapid cost estimation,in consultation with your manager before provide customers with preliminary quotations
Identify new markets, service offerings and business opportunities;
Identify opportunities, present and sell products and services which are key for clients success
Focused on achievement of sales strategies and targets through targeting key clients in the Large Enterprise commercial sector, identifying key decision makers and leverage opportunities to promote and sell products and services.
Review your own sales performance with the objective of meeting or exceeding targets with manager daily.
Submits accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned sales quotas. Forecast sales revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Achieve and exceed revenue targets on a quarterly basis in a rapidly changing and highly competitive marketplace.
Accountable for good Customer Satisfaction
Brand advocacy – go the extra mile to provide outstanding client experience 
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails:
Take charge of end to end delivery of the products or services sold to customers;
Facilitates all communications, post-mortem, order processing, and reporting of customer and partner transactions in territory
Develop strong relationships between new and existing customers & Internal Team across all levels.
Proactive planning to ensure a seamless renewal process where services are renewed before expiry 
Identify up-sell opportunities through the renewal process to maximise revenue generation
Bring creative ideas to the fast growing & evolving business. 
Responsible for all administrative & operational issues for the account including planning & budgeting/expense management. 
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Country Manager or Reporting Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Good track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and Sales Quotas / Targets preferred.
Motivated and ambitious self-starter with a customer-focus mindset is a must
Excellent positive attitude and have teamwork spirit.
Business to Business Sales or related field with 3 - 5 years experiences.
Excellent in presentation, sales, influencing, negotiation & Account Management skill
Excellent in both English & Vietnamese communications internally, corporation-wide and externally.
Fluent in verbal & writing in both Vietnamese and English. 
Good problem solving and consultative skills required
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationship
Good market flair & Dynamic in nature
Tactful in dealing with corporate and direct sales accounts/Customers
Ability to handle pressure and willing to work overtime should it be required
Analytical skills from a Service/Account management/profitability perspective. 
Willing to work both in an in-house sales and field sales model at the selected overseas location
To be stationed at Vietnam Office for overseas exposure
Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Basic understanding / knowledge of IT
