Office in Thao Dien, Q2. Perfect first job for someone keen and willing to learn. No experience necessary and all training is provided. No selling required, just administration of orders already sold. We will be interviewing as soon as possible. Think Outside is an international company with the Head Office in Sydney, Australia. We manufacture our designs from recycled materials and the major markets are the USA, Australia, and the UK, as well as around 20 other countries. Think Outside employs around 350 people globally, and the Thao Dien office (10 people) plays an important supporting role for our global network. The primary function of the Thao Dien office is to support the sales activities of the company, and this position reports to the International Sales Manager The Sales and Administration Assistant will work as part of a small team (currently 6 people) that manages the sales made by others. We receive the orders from salespeople overseas, enter them in our systems, and then ship them when ready. No selling required. Easy! Working hours are 8am until 5pm with 1 hour for lunch, five days per week, in Thao Dien. All Vietnamese employment regulations are followed and all official benefits such as health and social insurance are provided.
