Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should:
- have a minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in a customer service/sales environment, preferably in the services industry
- have excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills and possess a Degree
- have competent IT skills, good sales techniques and be a good team player.
Candidates who have experience of working with children and/or experience of planning, organisation and delivery of activities for children will be preferred.
The teaching centres operate Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 8.00 pm and on Saturday/Sunday from 8.30am to 5:30 pm. The post holder will be required to work a 5-day week on a shift system from Monday to Sunday. Evening and weekend working is required on a regular basis.
