Personnel Expenses (PEX): Mid Term Plan, Yearly Budgeting, Monthly Landing & Forecast & Monthly Accrual
- Start the MTP/ annual budget process by preparing information related to headcounts, costs and other HR activities (including yearly salary review proposal)
- Cooperate with Controlling for monthly forecast personnel expenses, reconciliation explain the differences to prepare landing cost.
- Analyse the data as a key metrics for regular review with management to support decision making and to ensure continuous improvement and effective cost management.
- Maintain Master Data regarding to personnel cost, FTE, Headcount…Develop standard template, ensure all information are consolidated for any requirement.
- Prepare accrual reports to Finance
Employee Relations
- Understand in-depth of labor laws and local implications
- Support Head of HR Operations in providing guidance in disciplinary management
- Support Head of HR Operations in managing labour dispute and employee grievances
- Support Head of HR Operations in coaching & training HR & Line Managers in effective handling of labour dispute and employee grievances
Admin tasks
- Report to authorities any work related injuries, accidents, illness or disability and ensure compliance to the related legislations
- Other assignments as required: certification, AL form, helmet form, name badge, filing personal files
- Support C&B Manager in employee welfare services which include company events, recreational/festival activities, administering employee benefits, etc.
Others
- Support Payroll Manager in calculating Supporting Office payroll to ensure efficiency, accuracy and compliance
- Support Stores to double check their payroll
- Support Payroll Manager in Bonus target, actual calculation
- Support to perform HR Self Audit
